Dear Colleagues,

Third multidisciplinary meeting that will become traditional in which methods of modern medicine are evaluated with traditional treatments, and supplementary and complementary methods of medicine shall be held a Muslim country in Europe that occupies an important place within our history, namely Bosnia Herzegovina.

Third of these international meetings that we organized with the contributions of Independent States, Turkic Republics and Russian Federation that had stood out with its original works on supplementary and complementary methods of medicine until today, was decided to be held in the year 2007 in Azerbaijan-Baku with the votes of Turkish- Russian- Azerbaijani- Uzbekistan- Kyrgyzstan delegates.

However, as the hotels in Baku are too expensive, and the troubles regarding the convention hall cannot be solved, with the approval of Nadir Hüseyinov, Co-chairman of the congress this meeting was postponed. Chairmanship Council decided that 3rd INTERNATIONAL FUNDEMENTAL, COMPLEMENTARY AND SUPPLEMENTARY TREATMENTS SYMPOSIUM to be held between the dates May 07-11, 2008 in Srajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The symposium shall be realized with the contributions and participation of medicine professionals from 8 neighbor states as well as the great support of our colleagues employed in Sarajevo University Central Clinic and University Hospital, and the main scientific topics are determined to be as Acute myocardial infarct, Osteoarthritis , Thromboembolism, Osteoporosis, Diabetes, Manuel Medicine and Pain Treatment.

We believe that 3rd INTERNATIONAL FUNDEMENTAL, COMPLEMENTARY AND SUPPLEMENTARY TREATMENTS SYMPOSIUM to be held in the year 2008 in this neighbor and friend country will both provide scientific theoretical and practical contributions to a high degree and enable us to visit a center of history and cultural treasury in Europe that experiences the pain it suffered still.
