Registry and Transportation Information :
All participants are required to be registered in following manner.
Each participant should complete a separate registry form and send it to Organization Secretariat via fax, e-mail or on-line registry until the date January 31, 2008.
In the event that you make your payments via bank transfer, please send your bank abstract account together with your registry form.
In group payments, list of names should be attached to bank abstract account.
Exit charge is 15 YTL. (not included in the prices.)
Bosnia Herzegovina does not require visa for Turkish citizens. (passport is required.)
Transportation shall be with THY.
Prices are 18% VAT excluded.
Your registry confirmation letter shall be sent to you after collection of the overall total.
Bank expenses shall be covered by the participant.
Back payments are made after the symposium ends, and bank expenses are deducted from the payment.
Conditions of Registry & Accommodation Cancellation ;
After your registry confirmation letter is sent to you, in the cancellations realized until the date February 28, 2008, 50% registry charge and 1-night accommodation price is collected, and the outstanding amount is returned.
In the cancellations realized after the date February 28, 2008, registry and accommodation fee are not returned.
